Those who sat on the left were generally opposed the monarchy and supported the revolutions, while those on the right supported the traditional institutions of the British Empire. It was during the nineteen century that the word wing began following the term left and right, usually with weary intent. Those considered left-wing were unorthodox in their religious or political view A radical ideology of the left is defined as political positions or activities that accepts or supports social equality, often in opposition to social hierarchy and social inequality. Often those of left wing ideology involve in concern for those in society who are perceived at a disadvantage relative to others and a belief that there are unjustified inequalities that need to be reduced or abolished. They propose a view of human beings living together harmoniously without great disparities in wealth or social classes. On the other hand, those of the right-wing radical ideology are political positions or activities that view some forms of social inequality as either inevitable, natural, normal or desirable and typically defend this position based on natural law, economics or traditions. The Love of Music Essay When my child was 10 months old, we noticed during the choir portion at church she would start bouncing up and down in my lap. That excitement she had continued to reveal itself when a song would come on in the car or music commercial would come on TV and she would start dancing. When my child was in pre-school, she was in a Christmas program we parents were invited to attend. The other kids on stage were terrified and forgot the motions to the songs, but my child danced, and sang her little heart out with the biggest smile on her face. She should be chosen to this program because of her passion and love for music. She is the perfect candidate for this program. This program offers hands on workshops for learning music, how to play different instruments, as well as playing different genres. Additionally, this program offers guest speakers from the surrounding colleges, and considering that my daughter looks like she is headed in the direction of music education, I would love to expose her to future avenues. This program heightens the love, passion, and interest these kids have for music. Also this program shows them they can go to school and become a music teacher and teach other kids about their love and passion they have for music. I think my daughter should be chosen for this program because of the passion and positive drive she has for music When my child was in school, we noticed she gravitated more towards her music class. At home she always would watch shows or movies with musical segments in them. At church she would always volunteer with the choir/music pastor for any event. Additionally in the car whenever we’re playing music she’s always bouncing around in her car seat. That shows she can’t get enough of learning about music, with this program she will learn more and more about her interests. When she was old enough to join band, she chose the flute and instantly fell in love with everything about band. At home, she always had her headphones in and would constantly talk about music at the dinner table, and in the car. As the school year went on, she didn’t tire from band or the school choir, she continually still had the excitement from day one when she first joined. Seeing my daughter’s excitement about band and choir shows that she would be interested in this after-school program. I believe that having an interest and love for music in your life is a wonderful thing. Seeing my daughter’s love and thirst she has for music is so refreshing to see. I can see her do so many things in her future with that interest she has for music, like becoming a music teacher. As a parent I am always looking for ways to encourage my children in areas they are interested in. My child is perfect for this after-school program because, she would appreciate the amazing opportunities this program offers. The opportunities the program offers are all the colleges she can start looking into when it’s time for her to apply. This program offers this workshop where the students can be a band director and see what it is like. This program will help her in choosing her career and what kind of future she wants when she’s older. That is why I believe my daughter should be chosen for after school program.
